Easy eBay Fundraising!

If you’re a fan of eBay and a lover of the planet, we’ve got a great idea for combining the two.

Either, take a look at our eBay shop and buy any of the treasures we (or other people) have listed for sale…

…or, sell something on eBay and donate some, or all, of the proceeds to our charity – ‘some’ is truly great, ‘all’ would be absolutely awesome!

Follow the 3 simple steps below to get started.

Step 1: Find The Word Forest Organisation
Simply click here, then look for “Donate a portion to Charity” when you list your item. Add Word Forest and pick your donation percentage before finalising your listing.

Step 2: Sell & Ship
Sell and ship to your customer as usual. No additional steps or paperwork is required.

Step 3: Receive a Donation Receipt
Within a few weeks – and after the buyer has paid – eBay’s partners at the PayPal Giving Fund will automatically send the donation to our accounts department at Word Forest and they’ll send you a donation receipt too. eBay will also credit you an equal percentage of your fees.

Increase Your eBay Sales by Supporting Us
Did you know, items that benefit Word Forest may sell faster, even at a premium price? If you donate 10% or more to our reforestation charity, your item will get an attention-grabbing charity ribbon and it might even end up listed in the eBay featured Charity Shop! Plus, you reduce your seller fees and enjoy tax savings too.

It really couldn’t be easier – the only question is, do you have something lovely you’d like to sell to help Word Forest, today? If ‘Yes’ just click here to get started.

Check out the How to Sell for Charity eBay Guide and if you have any other questions, give our office a call or drop us a line.

Alternatively, if you’d just like to make a straight donation to Word Forest via your PayPal account, click here and know that we love you!

With enormous thanks,

The Team
